Training tonight (13/8) will meet in Scrabo car park at 7.15

Good Morning Striders! I hope you all have had a good weekend of racing/training and are ready for Monday night training! Tomorrow nights session will be Speedy Hills at Scrabo Tower. So if we could meet at the car parks at Scrabo just below the Golf Club for a 7.15 start. The session will last 40 minutes. Speedy hills are great for building strength in the legs as well as improving your overall cardio vascular system. This is a steeper hill than usual so we will be concentrating primarily on short sharp steps and a good backwards arm drive to ensure we get the most benefit out of the session and are working efficiently. The course will be broken into three sections and three random groups and we will change over the groups and sections every ten minutes to ensure everyone gets to do the same workout. We will have one final special run at the end with maybe even a wee photo! Hope to see you all there tomorrow evening for what should be a great session.
