On Saturday, Bangor parkrun we had 9 Striders taking part; Mervyn Kinney in 24:06, Kerri Anderson in 24:38 (a PB by 1min 19sec from 3 weeks ago and her 2nd PB in a row), Eileen Pollock in 26:44 (a PB by 38 seconds and 2nd PB in a row), Carol Bailie in 26:58 (PB by 13seconds and 2nd PB in a row), Wendy Thompson in 29:04, Karen Farrelly in 31:01 (PB by 38 seconds), Manuel Farrelly in 31:01, Christine Lougheed in 31:54 (PB by 1min 35 and fourth PB in a row), Kim Cochrane 36:38 (course PB).

Comber parkrun we had 4 Striders Curtis McCaw in 18:20 (first finisher), Fra Murray in 25:09(first parkrun), Emma Clements in 28:11(first parkrun), MsGreer Mun in 34:25.

Great running from you all and fantastic to see so may PBs, a first finisher and a couple of first parkruns out there in the results.

Sunday was Laganside 10K we had 7 Striders taking part in the race, first home was Jonny Kinney in 44:40, our second finisher and first female was Maureen Rea in 52:23, our third finisher was Emma Kelly in 53:24, Colin Harper in 53:53, Gary Clarke in 58:46, Stephen Campbell in 1:05:52 and Karen Clarke in 1:09:55.

Absolutely superb running from all our Striders but a big mention to Colin Harper who got a PB, dropping 33 seconds from his previous PB.
